2、 Working principle
The indoor fire hydrant is opened and closed by rotating the hand wheel to make the valve rod move back and forth in a straight line. When the sealing gasket on the valve disc presses the valve seat, the indoor fire hydrant is closed. When in use, just rotate the hand wheel according to the opening direction on the hand wheel and open the indoor fire hydrant to take water and extinguish the fire.
1. Pressure reducing and stabilizing indoor fire hydrant: on the basis of ordinary indoor fire hydrant, a pressure reducing and stabilizing device is added, which is composed of pressure reducing flap, compression spring, cover and other parts. 3、 Installation and use
Precautions during installation:
Before and after installation, the dirt in the bolt body and pipeline shall be thoroughly cleaned, otherwise the sealing gasket will be damaged and the sealing can not be guaranteed.
1. The indoor fire hydrant shall be arranged in the fire hydrant box according to the specified position (the center of the hydrant mouth should be 1.1m from the ground, and the hydrant mouth should face outward) to connect it with the fire water supply pipeline in the building. During installation, the pipeline and the hydrant body shall be kept clean. After installation, the sealing performance test shall be carried out under the water pressure of 1.6Mpa for 2 minutes, and there shall be no leakage at all connecting parts.
2. In case of fire, connect the hose interface with the indoor fire hydrant interface, start the fire pump, rotate the hand wheel according to the opening direction on the hand wheel, and open the indoor fire hydrant to extinguish the fire.
5、 Maintenance and service
1. Regularly check the indoor fire hydrant for corrosion and water leakage, and check whether the sealing gasket is intact. If it is damaged, it shall be replaced in time.
